Structural Risk Inspectors and Evaluators Exam Call
There is no absolute security, one way or another we will be exposed to problems that can compromise the safety of buildings. In 1978, a post-delivery guarantee insurance system for constructions was implemented in France, in such a way that if an accident or pathology occurred in the construction, that construction was immediately analyzed and repaired by the insurer. In Spain these insurances began to be used in 1989 and, finally, they were required in the Building Planning Law (LOE, Law 38/99). Insurers require a prevention of the risk of material damage through entities called OCT (Technical Control Body) that must inspect, analyze and evaluate the risk of material damage occurring in the building.
Previously, the IAEA has provided training courses for inspection and risk assessment of material damage originating from or affecting the structural elements of a building.
On Thursday, June 25, the evaluation examination for inspectors and structural risk evaluators will take place at the CPV facilities at 8:30 AM. The evaluation will last a maximum of 2 hours.
