Complying with  IAEA certifies that cities that carry the SAFE AND RESILIENT CITY SEAL have demonstrated compliance with certain functional, structural and non-structural measures, ensuring that:

Citizens have access to basic quality services, the city has adequate lighting and there are different types of services and centers for the population, such as nursing homes and funeral services.

The city has adequate cyber security that protects confidentiality and integrity.

It is necessary that cities have the capacity to withstand and resist the effects of climate change and guarantee safety to their inhabitants in the event of catastrophes.
