• The sustainability of the economy and adaptability
• Service to Tierra + Hinterland
• The technology
• Ships using the port
• Goods and provisions
• The facilities directly located in the port area
• The port’s own works necessary to provide its functions and services
• The users (professional or not) of the facilities
